At The Mighty Anglers CIC, we believe that fishing is more than just a sport—it’s a way to build confidence, learn new skills, and make lasting memories. Based at Kernow Fishery, our community-focused initiative is dedicated to introducing young people to the joys of fishing in a welcoming, supportive environment.

Weekly Sessions for Young Anglers

Every Saturday, children aged 7 to 16 can join The Mighty Anglers Children’s Club, where they’ll have the opportunity to:

Learn to fish with expert guidance
Develop skills in watercraft, fish handling, and technique
Make friends and be part of a fun, friendly community
Enjoy the great outdoors in a safe and inclusive setting

No Gear? No Problem!

We provide everything needed—from rods and tackle to bait and tuition—ensuring every child has the chance to cast their line and experience the thrill of fishing.
