Whether you are a complete novice wanting to try your hand at coarse fishing, a family looking for a fun day out, or an experienced angler visiting Cornwall without your gear, our Tackle Hire has you fully covered.

We take all the hassle out of getting set up so you can focus entirely on enjoying your time on the bank and catching fish.

Our Complete Hire Bundles

We provide everything you need to get fishing safely and successfully. You can choose between a standard float rod setup or a traditional telescopic fishing whip. The whip is a brilliantly simple pole with no guide eyes and no reel, making it the absolute perfect choice for beginners and young children to learn with.

What is included in your hire?

  • 1x Ready-to-go Float Setup: Choose either a rigged float rod and reel, or a rigged telescopic whip.

  • 1x Fish Care Kit: A landing net and a padded unhooking mat to ensure the fish are handled safely.

  • 1x Bait: A tin of sweetcorn to get you catching straight away.

Hire Prices

  • First Setup: £15.00

  • Additional Setups (for the same group): £5.00 each

Important Information

  • Day Tickets: Please note that the tackle hire fee covers your equipment and bait only. All anglers must also purchase a valid Kernow Coarse Fishery Day Ticket before fishing.

  • Collection: TO BOOK PLEASE TEXT OR WHATSAPP 07491041966, Please state how many Rods or Whips, Date needed. We will then confirm your booking.

(Note: All anglers must possess a valid Environment Agency rod license and adhere to the Kernow Coarse Fishery site rules at all times.)
